You are right! The miniatures from the "IXO-Museum-Series" are absolutely the same as the bikes from Altaya.

The miniatures are produced in the same factory. They only changed the brand to market the bikes.

We do have the miniatures from IXO in the original IXO-outer-package as the bikes from Altaya without outer-package. The content is the same!
